In 1999, after a successful career in sales and marketing, Doug Blackburn launched CanMark Communications. President and CEO of CanMark, Doug's determination and straightforward manner enabled this young company to enjoy a steady growth pattern. His creativity and foresight has allowed CanMark to remain on the cutting edge of the industry.

Doug was joined by Matthew Blackburn a Wilfrid Laurier University and Seneca College Business and Communications Graduate who had a strong background and knowledge in the printing industry. Matthew took on the role of Project Manager. Matthew's stability and organizational skills along with his agreeable relationship with customers is a definate asset to the company.

In 2009, veteran designer Vaughn Dragland became CanMark's Creative Director. Vaughn brings to CanMark an extensive background in broadcast media, communications, graphic design, and information technology.
Vaughn's superior skills with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash enable CanMark to offer top drawer design services to our customers.
